Mission: Vegas...Status: Complete

Vegas was good times all around, if not all around the clock... we took advantage of every moment of extra sleep and relaxation we could get, whether by the gorgeous pool or in our lovely room at Mandalay Bay.

We ate some AMAZING meals, especially the Gospel Sunday Brunch buffet (with an open bar, now that is church vegas style) and the tasting menu we had at the "soviet" themed Red Square restaurant.

We gambled very little and didn't win big, but always got a couple of free beverages for our effort. Mostly we were constantly entertained... the gospel brunch, a visit to the shark reef, and our first Cirque show, KA, which was wicked.

Here are some of the fave pics, didn't snap as many as usual, I was too busy gettin' my lazy on...

The view from our hotel window...we could scout our spot by the pool from above!

Giant fish tank in the lobby.

We finally get moved into our "good room" on our second night. Ki celebrates...

House of Blues! And me!

Oh, the shopping...

And the ambient restaurants...

And I pet a sting ray! Closed hand, one-finger touch! Just like the lady with the microphone said.

If I figure out how to put videos on here then there is more underwater action to come...so I hope there is some instructions on here somewhere... I'll find 'em...

Next adventure...Vegas Vacation!

Easter weekend will be all fake beaches, 99 cent shrimp cocktails, and quebecois acrobats... what could be more Las Vegas than that?Should be just enough of an escape to tide us over until we can get farther afield. Plus with a fake beach to swim at and fake sand at Cirque du Soleil, we might not recognize a real beach when we get back :p
